Elena Cambre
Elena Cambre is a compassionate leader who supports families as a Community Educator, Support Group Facilitator and Walk to End Alzheimer’s volunteer. From leading educational programs to organizing Walk teams and serving on the Walk committee, she consistently shows up with dedication and heart.
Patti Demitros
Patti Demitros is a committed volunteer who plays an important role in expanding education and outreach across Northwest Arkansas. As a Community Educator, she regularly supports tabling events and presentations, helping connect individuals and families with vital resources. Since attending her first program in 2024, Patti has been instrumental in strengthening community partnerships and even helped develop tools to support fellow volunteer educators. Inspired by her mother’s journey, Patti continues to show up with reliability, compassion and a deep commitment to making a difference.
Bonnie Farmer
Bonnie Farmer is a committed advocate who has spent more than a decade raising her voice in the fight to end Alzheimer’s. As an Ambassador for Speaker Mike Johnson, she helps elevate key legislation and ensure the needs of families affected by the disease are heard at the national level. Inspired by her father’s journey with dementia, Bonnie continues to lead with purpose, persistence and a deep commitment to creating change.
